ZeaLake — consulting, B2B (2010-ongoing): Coach and collaboration partner in establishing a company with a well-defined service in a new geographical market.
Cleantech Open — renewable energy and low-carbon transportation B2B (2011): Mentor to two semi-finalists in Cleantech Open. Shaping of the business models and overall go-to-market strategies.
Power Hub — renewable energy B2B (2009-2010): Corporate innovation. As the project & product manager for a new concept, I built and led the team that developed the technology for a future business area. It is now a platform for DONG Energy’s portfolio of new smart grid related product and services.
Gaia Solar — renewable energy B2B (2005): As a business developer, I facilitated and assisted strategy development in this renewable energy company when they were seeking a new direction. Gaia Solar is now a significant Northern European player in a growing high-end market.
Mutual Satellites — software, B2B (2006): Coach to the founder, involved in patent and positioning strategy. The company was not funded.
BestBrains — consulting, B2B (2001-2005): Coach to the founder from inception to the first few employees. Collaboration partner in the development of positioning strategy, marketing, sales, client management, and consulting processes. BestBrains is now one of the significant Danish Agile consulting firms.
